Rental items may be reserved in advance of your rental date. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge 72 hours prior to the date of rental. Reservations cancelled 24-72 hours prior the rental date, will have all but a $25 cancellation fee or 1-Day rental charged, which ever is the lesser amount.
Any cancelled reservation less than 24 hours prior to the rental date will be assessed a 1-Day rental fee for reserved item. Reservations may be made online, by phone or in-store. For questions or cancellations, please call 309.693.9191 or email: rentals@peoriacamerashop.com
A damage waiver is automatically applied to every rental. If you choose to waive the damage waiver, you will contacted prior to pick up of your rental to do a pre-authorize of your credit card for the full replacement value of the item you are renting. This pre-authorization will automatically drop off your account within 7 days of the return of the rented equipment.
