Return Policy

All return merchandise must be accompanied with a copy or original sales receipt, a RA number, and be returned within 10 calendar days of purchase.No refunds or exchanges on special order merchandise, blister pack items that are opened, opened software, boxes with seals that have been broken, or any perishable goods such as film or light sensitive paper.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, software unopened, and include instructions & BLANK warranty cards and be in NEW condition. Merchandise purchased 'As Is' may not be returned for any reason.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, upon return of your item the original shipping cost will be subtracted from the total of the return. After 10 days merchandise cannot be returned to Peoria Camera as new stock.

After 10 days products will be subject to manufacturer's warranty and the warranty card included with your product should be consulted for information on getting your product serviced or replaced. Peoria Camera will happily mediate this process for you if you so desire, please contact us for further instruction at (309) 693-9191.

After 10 days, functional products may additionally be returned to us as used stock. The value you will be offered for products in this case will be determined by current used market value. To request a quote on used gear value, please contact us at (309) 693-9191.

If you have a product that you need to return due to initial defect or otherwise, please call us within the first (10) ten days to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#). If an RA# is not obtained, it may delay any credits or replacements requested.
