Return Policy

To make a return:

• You must have the original or copy of the sales receipt
• The product must be returned within 10 calendar days
  

The merchandise:

• Must be returned in its original packaging
  
• Software unopened
  
• Include instructions & BLANK warranty cards
  
• In NEW condition
  
  
• Merchandise purchased ‘As Is’ may NOT be returned for any reason.
  
  
• Items that appear to be in NOT brand new condition or used may be eligible for exchange or return at the discretion of the owner or manager. Theses items WILL incur a minimum of a 20% restocking fee.
  
  
• Special orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange. 
• Used Gear are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Used gear also comes with an AS-IS warranty.
